If you haven’t yet visited any of the SAARC countries, we advise you take a break this winter and unwind. You may start from India or Nepal or Bhutan and of course, your own unrevealed Bangladesh.

India
Prime Tourism Network offers number of different packages to India:

10-day trip:Dhaka-Kolkata-Agra-Jaipur-Ajmer-Delhi-Dhaka is available for Tk14,900.

7-day trip to Dhaka-Darjeeling (India)-Kakarvitta (Nepal)-Phuntsoling (Bhutan)-Dhaka is on offer at Tk9.900.

14-day Dhaka-Kolkata-Bombay-Goa-Bangalore-Chennai-Dhaka trip cost Tk18.900. And an 8-day Dhaka-Kolkata-Puri-Bhubeneshwar-Dhaka trip for Tk9.900.

Package price includes hotel expenses, all meals, transport cost, sight-seeing, and guide service.

Nepal
GMG offers an attractive package to the valley of Nepal.

Dhaka-Kathmandu, 3 nights,4 day package includes accommodation with daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, casino, free gymnasium and swimming pool.

The package will cost $60 per person on twin share basis and $85 for single accommodation.

Bhutan
Prime Tourism Network offers a 10-day, 9-night Dhaka- Phuentsholing-Thimphu-Paro-Shiliguri-Dhaka package.

The package at Tk. 15000 include night stay in top class hotels in respective cities, sightseeing, visiting the century old Bhudist temples, spicy Bhutanese cuisine and off-course traditional butter tea of Bhutan.

7-day trip, Dhaka-Darjeeling (India)-Kakarvitta (Nepal)-Phuntsoling (Bhutan)-Dhaka, at Tk9.900 is on offer. Travel is by road by road.

Bangladesh
GMG airlines arranges 2nights/3days in Cox’s Bazar for Tk. 11,225 (single accommodation) and Tk. 10,350 (twin Share). The package includes air travel on GMG Airlines for Dhaka -Cox's Bazar- Dhaka, complimentary pick up and drop from Airport, accommodation in deluxe room with complimentary breakfast. This package can also be availed from Chittagong. The cost from Chittagong is lower.

South Asian Tourism arranges Dhaka-Sylhet-Shillong-Dhaka 4-night, 5-day guided tour. The trip will cost Tk8,000 per person. Prices include transportation, sightseeing, accommodation on twin sharing basis and all meals including evening snacks.

World Tourism Limited also arranges Sylhet-Shillong-Sylhet, 5 day, 4 nights trip.

Safari plus offers a 4day/4nights package to Dhaka-Cox’s Bazar-Cent Martins- Dhaka. The package will cost Tk.6150 per person. The package includes 3 nights stay at Hotel sea-gull at Cox’s Bazar and one night at Cent Martins, ac bus service, all foods and sightseeing.

Things to remember
Beside these set packages most of the companies are ready to arrange a tour on your demand if the number of tourists is at least 5 or more. With the increase of number of people traveling the expenditure gets low.

All the package prices do not include travel tax, border expenses and air tax. Some packages include entry fees to the places of interest while many do not. Keep extra money with you for all these and of course for still and video camera charges. Visa charges are also your responsibility.
